In the holidays, I went to the school for kapahaka.On Monday we went to Otiria marae for Whaea Narrelles Nans tangi, we payed our respect to her and sang a waiata.After that I jumped into Jacque mums car,we went back to school and practice our waiatas till 3oclock for our performance on Friday.The next day at the school Matua Shane came over we perform for him and his whanau, he loved our songs. The next day he came over he taught us a new song.On Friday we went back to the marae to perform, my Aunty and Papa were there watching.We had a kai and then we went back to school to perform for the all the Whanau, we have a little talk of how cool it was.On the last week of the holidays I went to Whangarei to Hasleys 1st birthday we had a big feed, there was a smash cake for her to smash, a pinata which my nephew won,my present was the biggest.
